David Demers

David joined HSM Pacific Realty, Inc. in 2008 after 10 years at CBRE. Prior to brokerage David helped Albertsons and Fred Meyer obtain development permits through Oregon’s land use system. David’s current business is focused on both Landlord representation and Tenant representation. As a result of this, he works with several area developers to achieve new locations for his tenants as well as helping the developers put land into play. David’s background as a Land use planner is continually leveraged to assist in project evaluation and execution.
