David DeMatteis is a 20+ year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey based Consulting Group, He has completed nearly 1000 real estate transactions on behalf of his clients including assignments for Selective Insurance, Proximo Spirits (Jose Cuervo), H-Mart, Tumi, and Citrix. David recently negotiated Apprentice IO’s new headquarters at the top of 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City.
