David joined Marcus & Millichap‘s Sacramento Office in 2017 as an apartment broker specializing in the Sacramento Region and Greater Northern California. David and his business partner, Tony DeLoney are both natives to the Sacramento/Carmichael area with longstanding multi-generational ties to the real estate community. During his brokerage career, David has successfully closed more than $450,000,000 in aggregate transactional value, representing a wide range of investors including high net worth private individuals, syndications, and institutional capital. Focused on aligning incentives with his clients goals and driving superior results through hands-on brokerage, David has been one of the top performing agents in the Marcus & Millichap Sacramento office since 2018.
