David Cummings

David M. Cummings III founded Dorado Development Co. in 1999 with the purpose of developing and operating strategically located shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties. Prior to 2010, Mr. Cummings was Lowes’ preferred developer and helped them build over 50 stores in his career. Today, David oversees over 2.5 million square feet of property and approximately 500 tenants in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
