David Cooper

David is a full time commercial real estate broker, covering Coastal Alabama & Mississippi. His specialty is commercial property sales, but he also very is experienced in Built to Suit for Buyers and Tenants, Landlord and Tenant Rep transactions. Every day he handles more than 70 commercial listing and manage 11 Bank Owned Properties. David got my real estate license in 1999 at the age of 20, but you could say He has been around real estate sales my whole life. Ever since my grandfather founded the company in 1970, the entire Cooper family (all 17 of us) hold real estate licenses and ae top producers in the fields of Residential, Timberland, Commercial Sale & Leasing.
