David Cooke

Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, David joined Cresa Dallas's tenant representation and corporate services group as Senior Vice President in 2011. David commenced his real estate career in 1994 with CB Richard Ellis, representing retail and office tenants in securing over one million square feet of lease space on a national basis. He joined Opus South in 1998 where he developed and leased over 600,000 square feet of industrial space. David joined The Staubach Company in 2000 where he assisted corporate users in the disposition and acquisition of over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space and land.
