David Collantes

David Collantes is the founder and principal broker of AIM Commercial Real Estate. In more recent years, AIM broadened their market from a regional brokerage to offering services throughout the United States for large and small real estate investors. Mr. Collantes started his commercial real estate career leasing and selling industrial warehouses in the San Francisco Peninsula market. He expanded his knowledge of commercial real estate through education with the CCIM Organization. In addition to selling and leasing industrial warehouse, Mr. Collantes expanded his practice to include selling and leasing office properties and managing multifamily and industrial warehouse portfolios in the San Francisco Bay Area. This experience and education has prepared Mr. Collantes with the ability to identify and underwrite real estate investment opportunities not only in the San Francisco Bay Area but other areas nationwide.
