David Churton

David Churton leads JLL’s HQ Tenant Representation Team in San Francisco. Skilled in leveraging JLL’s world-class talent and resources to produce winning results for its clients, JLL’s HQ Practice Team is San Francisco’s market-share leader for premier office tenants. David led a team to raise $8M in scholarships for low-income Bay Area high-school scholars at St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco. He is also an active career-strategy mentor for HBCU college students and JLL’s D&I programs. Living in Marin County, David and his Norwegian wife, Signe, have spent the past twenty-seven summers in Kristiansand, Norway with family. They have three grown children with two still in college, daughters studying at the University of Southern California Marshall and Tulane University.
