David Choate

David has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience and is licensed in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. He has been the managing partner of the Colliers International office in Portsmouth since 1991. In that role, David is responsible for all aspects of the company’s activities, including brokerage, new business generation and various consulting assignments. Included among his diverse group of clients are Wells Fargo, People’s United Bank, Edward Jones, H&R Block, the City of Dover and the University System of New Hampshire. In his career, he has been involved in transactions with a total value of more than $290,000,000. Prior to joining Colliers International, David worked at The Robbins Group of New Hampshire, Inc. as a Regional Manager and at Bradgate Associates, Inc. where he held the position of Land Acquisition Manager.
