David Carroll

David Carroll is a Tucson native and has been in the commercial real estate market since 2000 with expertise in retail and investment property. Joining Paul Ash Commercial Real Estate as associate broker after 21 successful years at Romano Real Estate, he is looking forward to new relationships while still taking care of his longtime clients. David enjoys working primarily within the Tucson and Phoenix markets, representing property owners and tenant rep accounts. He has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker for several years due to closing over 800 transactions in excess of producing 350 million in consideration. He prides himself in being client centered while delivering results that exceed the expectation with each transaction. David believes in being intimately acquainted with each client, listening and providing an informative market analysis. Newly empty nesters David and his wife, Tanya have been married for 26 years. They are proud parents to their three children Jonathan, Caroline, and Johsua. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with the family and playing golf with his boys.
