As a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., David has 10 years experience in the commercial real estate business, with 8 years as a broker. David is a member of the JLL South Seattle Industrial Brokerage team which serves owners and users of industrial facilities from Seattle to Lacey. David specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing, owner/user sales and investment sales. Prior to joining JLL, David began his career as a market research analyst for CBRE’s Puget Sound Industrial market. Following his role as a Research Analyst, David spent 5 years in brokerage where he earned the 2010 CBRE Rookie of the Year for Brokerage award. During his career he has completed over 2,500,000 square feet of leasing transactions and over $70 million in Sales.
