David Buurma

David has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career as a property manager. Early in his career, he managed a diverse portfolio that included over 500 apartment units, a 120,000-square-foot office building in Concord, a seven-story office building on Market Street in San Francisco, and several industrial properties in Napa. Over time, David’s career evolved from property management into multi-family syndications and eventually into commercial brokerage, where he has spent the majority of his professional life. To leverage his extensive commercial real estate experience, David co-founded The Buurma Real Estate Group with his wife, Laurie, a top-producing Napa Valley agent with over 20 years in the industry. Together, they aim to serve the real estate needs of their clients in the dynamic and often challenging market. In addition to his real estate career, David is an ordained minister and serves as the Pastor of Napa Valley Community Church, a position he has held since 2011. His dual commitment to real estate and his pastoral role reflects his dedication to both his professional and personal missions in the Napa Valley community.
