David Budge

Dave Budge brings over 20 years of real estate experience to WXZ including work in government, housing and most recently the retail industry. Dave began his development career working for the NRP Group where he was involved in the development of over 3,000 single and multifamily housing units. Prior to joining WXZ, Dave worked at DDR Corp in their development and leasing departments handling projects and deal-making in the Midwest and Southeastern United States for the publicly traded REIT. During his tenure at DDR, Dave was responsible for over $200M in retail development in the Midwest and Southeast and handled the leasing and asset management of 23 shopping centers in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Dave holds degrees from Youngstown State University and The Ohio State University and is a member of the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers
