David Browne is Senior Managing Director in the Savills Boca Raton office and is responsible for advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial office space across industry sectors. David specializes in tenant representation utilizing a comprehensive advisory service approach. His approach helps his clients achieve reduced occupancy costs by developing and implementing strategic plans tied to their financial, operational, and cultural objectives. His mission is to represent his clients with vigor and to achieve superior results. David brings his clients over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has a history of success representing large office space users and negotiating diverse and complex transaction structures. David represents local, regional, and national clients, providing them with both advisory and transactional services. His expertise is creating custom strategic real estate plans and guiding his clients through the corporate office leasing process. David assisted in opening the first Studley (currently Savills) office in South Florida in 2000. In 2006, he started Jackson Browne, LLC, a boutique tenant representation firm, before returning to Savills in 2021. David began his real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1990.
