David Branton

David is a proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Beginning his career with a local development and property management company gave him the unmatched experience to transition into full time brokerage. He has been a commercial practitioner since 2015 rising from Associate Broker to Partner during that period. Specializing in retail and multifamily he has had the opportunity to bring countless new businesses and investment into markets across the southeastern United States with a specific focus on eastern North Carolina. David enjoys boating and other outdoor activities with his wife Samantha and two dogs Gunnar and Fred.
