David Bessant
David heads the Commercial Agency Department based in the Crawley office with a “hands on - can do” approach. In addition to Commercial Agency Services he advises clients on a wide range of property issues including Asset Management, Investment and Development opportunities. Having trained in both London and Brighton and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986, he spent the next 10 years working firstly within the Development Consultancy department of a major International Property Practice and then as an Asset Manager for a Property Investment Fund, both based in London but working on a National basis. Together with fellow Director, Neil Cooper, he set up the Crawley office of Graves Jenkins in 1997 and has helped grow the Company into one of the most active commercial property agencies in Sussex.
