David Andes

As Chief Investment Officer, David is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations. He oversees the management and leasing of a portfolio of almost 100 office, retail and industrial properties valued at over $250 million. He also orchestrates the due diligence, underwriting and syndication of all new acquisitions. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, David has been involved with virtually all areas including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, general brokerage, financing and development. He has established enduring relationships with the brokerage, investment, banking and the real estate services community. As a tenant representation specialist since the start of his career, David's business experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of corporate processes and procedures. He assists both local and national corporate clients with renewals, expansions, dispositions and relocations in the office and industrial arena. In 2009, he was awarded the Power Broker Award by the Costar Group as one of Atlanta's top brokers based on leasing transaction volume. David is an investor in both commercial and residential real estate projects domestically and internationally – experience he shares with clients.
