David is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has over 30 years of Hospitality experience with over 20 years as a business owner of the award-winning “The Left Bank” restaurant in York, PA which he sold in 2017. David’s real estate philosophy takes a consultative approach that concentrates on fostering long term relationships with his clients while maximizing their highest rates of return on their investments. David is a strong believer in the importance of real estate as part of his clients overall investment portfolio, whether they lease or own. He resides in York County and is a passionate Chef, enjoys boating, landscaping and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
