David Alani

David Alani specializes in tenant and landlord representation in New York, with special expertise in the outer boroughs. David works with a number of national retail clients including 7-Eleven and Verizon Wireless. In addition, David has represented a number of highly respected landlords and developers in New York, including Harlington Realty and Princeton International. He has sold over $120M worth of investment properties including the retail condominiums at 1438 Third Avenue, 5 East 44th Street, 135 West 14th Street, 416-424 Washington Street, 527 Hudson Street, & 40 West 24th Street in Manhattan.Prior to joining the firm in 2011, David was with Robert K. Futterman & Associates, where he built a network of connections across the retail community. He has also worked for Massey Knakal Realty Services and Empire Management. He received his Bachelor of Business in 2002 from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
