Dave Van Heuven

Dave has called Austin home for over 20 years. He has witnessed firsthand the transformation of this wonderful city from a “sleepy college town” to a truly international city within the past two decades. Dave serves on the Economic Development Committee of the Downtown Austin Alliance and is an active member with the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He is also active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Texas. Dave also is the broker/owner of van Heuven Properties since 1999.   Dave van Heuven studied finance/real estate at the University of Texas at Austin for three years. He then changed majors and received a B.A. in the Urban Studies/Urban Planning program and a minor in Finance/Real Estate.
