Dave Ulferts

Dave has significant experience in banking and has been an investor and active owner of commercial and residential properties. He is a Minnesota native with significant experience in finance, management, leadership and real estate investment with the majority of his career serving at First National Bank of Omaha starting in 1991 through 2008. Given this banking and finance tenure, he has unparalleled analytical skills offering keen insight into the environment of commercial real estate. Dave joined Colliers in 2020 as an Associate. He’s able to think creatively and brings an Owner’s mindset to the table. His success comes from being personable, accountable, ethical and results orientated.
