Dave is a seasoned commercial and corporate real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. As a commercial agent and investor, he specializes in sourcing “outside of the box”, value added solutions for both property owners and tenants. In 2019 Dave was honored to have received the professional designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation indicates the highest degree of experience and proficiency in CRE Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis, Market Analysis, User Decision Analysis and Negotiations. CCIM is recognized as the global standard for commercial real estate and considered by many to be the foremost professional accreditation in the industry. In addition to his vast experience in brokered sales and leasing, Dave’s career has included working directly with a fortune 500 Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) managing a nationwide corporate portfolio by leading a team focused on zoning and permitting entitlements, facilities management and construction, property acquisitions, lease negotiations and portfolio optimization. With his early formative years spent working in his family’s hospitality business, Dave developed his skills and a deep appreciation for the value of customer service, attention to detail and process driven creative solutions. Dave leverages his talents for Kelly & Call Commercial to work directly with property buyers, sellers and leasing clients in Northern and Central Arizona.
