Dave joined Avison Young March 2023 as Principal within the Sacramento office. Dave’s most recent commercial real estate experience includes 15 years with Cresa, where he focused on representing occupiers of commercial space in the greater Sacramento area. Dave has been involved in all aspects of corporate real estate services including strategic planning, lease, sublease dispositions, building and land sale negotiations, financial analysis, and consulting. Before joining Avison Young, Dave worked for a national commercial real estate development entity, playing a key role in the development, leasing and disposition of over 1 million square feet of office, industrial and retail property. Prior to that Dave was an office leasing specialist with Grubb & Ellis for 10 years, assisting both landlords and tenants with their real estate needs. Dave’s diverse background in commercial real estate and knowledge of the developer/landlord business gives his clients a unique insight into each transaction.
