Dave Simonsen

Dave Simonsen serves as Executive Managing Director at Newmark in the Reno, Nevada office. Mr. Simonsen brings more than 34 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker. He began his career in 1987 with CB Richard Ellis in Walnut Creek, California. Transferring to their Reno office in 1990, Mr. Simonsen became a leasing and sales specialist in the industrial properties group. He worked with CB Richard Ellis from 1987 to 1999, Colliers International from 1999 to 2005, NAI Alliance from 2005 to 2015, and Kidder Mathews from 2015 to July 2018 where he served as broker of record, senior vice president of the industrial group and partner. He has a varied background assisting clients with building and site acquisitions, disposition, lease negotiation, tenant relocations, institutional landlord representation, land sales, build-to-suits, and development assignments.
