Dave Robinson

Prior to joining the NAI team, Dave worked for area commercial real estate firms and served in a position of leadership at each in addition to performing transaction work. He has a consultative style when engaging with clients to accomplish their real estate goals and objectives. He is equally comfortable and adept at negotiating a small lease or a large complex transaction. Dave left a successful General Motors engineering career where he was instrumental in the design of two new clean-sheet-of-paper engines, the first for GM since World War II. The purpose in leaving GM was to provide for his family while remaining in the Lansing area where his roots are instead of being transferred to the metro-Detroit area like most of his associates. During his real estate career, he has held positions of leadership at some of Lansing’s most prominent commercial real estate firms. Most recently he was a sole practitioner.
