Commercial, Dave Plumley brings decades of commercial real estate, financial, and investment experience to clients throughout Michigan and beyond. Since founding EMACO, LLC in 1993, Dave has actively acquired, managed, and repositioned investment properties throughout Metro Detroit, giving him a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges property owners face. This owner-investor perspective, combined with his extensive transaction experience, enables him to advise clients with a level of insight that extends far beyond the typical brokerage relationship. Dave specializes in office, industrial, and investment properties, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors in a wide range of transactions. His expertise includes acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, portfolio strategy, financial analysis, and market evaluation. In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, Dave oversees the financial operations and strategic growth of P.A. Commercial, helping guide the firm’s continued success as one of Metro Detroit’s leading boutique brokerages. His strong background in financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and investment analysis has been instrumental in building a company known for its integrity, expertise, and client-focused approach. Outside of the office, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, golfing, enjoying a good cigar, and splitting his time between Michigan and Florida.
