Originally licensed by the State of New York in 1962, Dave grew up in the business primarily because his father was a Realtor and owned and operated his own brokerage firm known as Browncroft Realty est. in 1952. Dave was selling new homes at age 17 for his father who was also a new home builder. Dave was licensed at age 18 and enjoyed the experience of selling both Residential Real Estate and Commercial Properties.
