He has represented both experienced and novice owners, specializing in those with multi-tenanted office buildings. His goal is always to secure the best possible market value for each property while helping clients build wealth over time. Dave has also had the pleasure of working with an array of national and local tenants and buyers. His process begins with a careful analysis of each client’s unique needs and specifications, followed by a review of market trends to determine the best course of action to maximize business success. Outside the office, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhonda, and their four children while staying active in his church.
