Dave Haschig

Inspired in his childhood by his father’s local real estate business, Dave always enjoyed seeing the joy that helping a family move could bring. He was exposed early on to the attention to detail that was required to get through a successful transaction and learned how to troubleshoot from the very beginning. He began referring his own friends to his Dad, until becoming a REALTOR himself in 2000! Since then, Dave has worked towards continuing that family real estate business, which now includes the Haschig Homes Real Estate Group - and with over 60+ years of combined real estate sales experience, the team has helped clients and sold all across Massachusetts. Dave is constantly striving to offer his clients exceptional service and well rounded knowledge and has also obtained his Real Estate Broker license, became a Notary Public, worked with local Assessor offices, and has been awarded various professional designations including the CBR(Certified Buyer Representative), the CRS(Certified Residential Specialist), MRP(Military Relocation Professional), GRI(Graduate of Realtor Institute), AHWD(At Home With Diversity), GREEN, and e-PRO. Dave also became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2002 and helps run the family residential appraisal business, which provides his clients with a competitive advantage in today’s market as he is uniquely qualified to determine the current market value of properties his clients are looking to purchase or sell.
