Dave Harstad

Dave is a multi-disciplined real estate professional with 20+ years of real estate and legal experience. He has been a broker with Colliers (and predecessor companies) since 2010. He serves as the Managing Broker of the Colliers Bloomington office. His practice includes a wide variety of product types, including office, industrial, retail, and investment. He has a statewide land and development practice, including dispositions of large industrial sites and acquisitions of railroad right-of-way. He has extensive experience assisting with sales and leasing, as well as with entitlements, incentives, and (some) legal matters. He also provides consulting services regarding site planning and related civil engineering and construction matters.
