Originally from Danbury, Connecticut. I was very fortunate as a child to learn customer service and develop a strong work ethic while working with my parents in the restaurant business. I moved to Gainesville in 1987 to attend the University of Florida. I’m a triple Gator with a bachelor’s degree and two master’s Degrees. I’ve been a Realtor since 2004, specializing in commercial and investment real estate. My wife Leslie and I are successful investors and have experience developing and managing our own commercial real estate. I am a past Realtor of the Year, Past President of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors, and Past District Vice President of Florida Realtors. I have also served as President of Gainesville Sunrise Rotary. I currently serve as a board member for the Ronald McDonald Charities of North Central Florida. I am currently actively serving on committees at the local, state and national Realtor associations. As Managing Broker and Vice President of Watson Realty Corp in the Gainesville, Tioga and Ocala offices, I hire, train and support my ever-growing team of professional Realtors. My wife and I continue to practice Commercial and Residential Real Estate. We have three healthy kids and we live in a modern farmhouse in the beautiful city of Alachua.
