He has also been an owner of many corporate restaurants. Dave's work experience, prior to real estate, includes being Securities Registered and specializing in pension planning. His sales experience is extensive, as he has received numerous awards including Rookie of the Year for Sun Financial Group and the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table award. Dave was born in Taipei, Taiwan, but has lived most of his life in the Bay Area and is now a resident of Saratoga, California
