With a background that includes construction, finance and real estate development along with a vast amount of leasing and sales transactions, David’s experience and local market knowledge make him a commercial real estate expert in Eastern MA. His specialty is owner representation for the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as tenant and buyer representation for office, medical and industrial space. In addition to his involvement within his company, David is also involved with the South Shore Health System’s President’s Circle, South Shore Hospital Golf Committee, Executive Committee of South Shore Economic Development Corporation, Quincy Chamber of Commerce and is a Corporator at South Shore Bank. He has also works with many other local charitable organization including South Shore Habitat for Humanity, South Shore ARC, The Friendship Home, Cardinal Cushing Centers and the South Shore YMCA. David is also involved with other local chambers of commerce and trade organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association and Real Estate Finance Association.
