Dave Dandurand

Since joining Burr & Temkin in 1994, Dave has worked in all sectors of transportation real estate, assisting companies in the South-Central Region of the United States. He is the premier broker of transportation facilities in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Missouri. Dave’s 30 plus years in real estate began in construction and architecture as he focused on build-to-suits and LTL terminal design. His grasp of transportation real estate spans from site development to re-use, including income producing property management, construction project management, and marketing of surplus properties and land. After joining Burr & Temkin, Dave’s focus shifted to the brokerage side of transportation real estate. Dave has successfully completed multiple liquidations of multi-property portfolios, land searches and existing property retrofits. Dave has a B.S. in Construction Science with a minor in Architecture from Kansas State University. His background has provided him with a variety of experiences, giving him a creative perspective and positive solutions for his clients. Integrity, hard work, and an even temperament are some of Dave's most valuable assets.
