Since 2004, he has focused on suburban office agency and tenant representation. He completed more than 500 transactions for a total value exceeding $1.5 billion. On behalf of institutional and private investors, he leases approximately 3.0 million square feet of space in the Chicago suburbs. Recent projects include the repositioning of Bell Works Chicagoland, a 1.6 million SF office and lifestyle redevelopment, 3100 Sanders a 371,000 SF office HQ redevelopment and Parkway North, a Class A trophy complex in Deerfield. He is one of four principals on the market leading suburban office team, and he joined Colliers in 2008. Prior to joining Colliers, he spent four years at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was awarded the Chicago region’s “Rookie of the Year” award.
