Darryl Noon

Darryl is a seasoned veteran and has a thorough understanding in all disciplines of industrial real estate and the Houston market. Darryl is one of the firm’s top industrial brokers in the country and is involved in the day-to-day marketing of the Houston industrial portfolio. He is one of the top industrial product specialists in the city and his expertise is serving institutional clients. Darryl began his commercial real estate career in Houston in 1988. He has been with Transwestern in the Houston industrial group since July 1997. During his tenure with Transwestern, Darryl has been instrumental in the development of over ten million square feet of spec industrial space. He has also been involved in the sale and disposition of over eight million square feet of industrial product on behalf of clients. During his 25 years at Transwestern Darryl has successfully completed over 1,500 sale and lease transactions totaling over 30 million square feet.
