Darren Iwai is a Sales Representative at Avison Young and an integral member of the firm’s National Automotive Real Estate Advisory (AREA) Group. Based in Toronto at the company’s global headquarters, he supports tenant clients across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, industrial, and retail, throughout Ontario. With a primary focus on the automotive sector, Darren also maintains a strong focus across industrial, retail, and occupier services. He specializes in tenant representation, helping organizations navigate complex real estate decisions with clarity and efficiency. His work includes supporting site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio expansion strategies, ensuring clients are well-positioned for long-term growth Darren serves as co-lead on the Circle K account in the GTA and SW Ontario and is actively involved in the brand’s continued expansion throughout Quebec.
