Darren Frankel

Darren Frankel, a principal of the Stuart Frankel Development Company, is directly responsible for the operation and expansion of the firm’s current portfolio as well as its new development initiatives in the southeast United States. In addition, Mr. Frankel oversees and manages the firm's existing portfolio including P&L, marketing, lease administration and tenant build out. Prior to his work at SFDCO, Mr. Frankel spent four years in New York City employed in a number of analytical capacities on Wall Street. During that time, he helped to oversee a $100 Million risk arbitrage portfolio and close, in excess of, $1 billion of leveraged lease transactions.
