Darren Fitch

With a long-standing heritage of real estate investments and managing generational assets, Darren became involved with real estate at an early age. Since then, he has focused on building long-term equity growth and fortifying investor portfolios by specializing in retail investments through acquisitions and dispositions, as well as 1031 tax deferred exchanges. As a native of Orange County, California, Darren graduated from the University of Southern California. While maintaining a healthy balance, Darren partners with organizations that benefit the community at large, including "Mr. Irrelevant Week" with the NFL which raises funds for cancer treatment organizations, rehabilitation centers, and disaster-relief programs. Furthermore, Darren enjoys fulfilling his creative streak as an indie filmmaker, photographer, and music producer. Recently, a film that Darren wrote & directed, “Breathe” received international distribution, and won several awards including, Best Drama, Best Short Film, and Most Inspirational Film.
