Darin Botelho is the Vice President of Retail Operations. His responsibilities include property management, retail leasing, customer retention, rent collection, tenant construction coordination, as well as marketing and the implementation of promotional events. Darin has more than 28 years of experience in the shopping center industry, spanning all levels of operations. Prior to joining Gables Urban, he was responsible for the overall operation and financial success of Kansas City's famed 1.2 million square-foot mixed-use Country Club Plaza, six neighborhood shopping centers and more than 150,000 square feet of class A office space. Darin's management skills were honed at Aventura Mall in North Miami Beach, Florida and South Park Shopping Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
