Dante Massaro

As principal of Elevation Real Estate Group, Dante directs all aspects of the firm’s acquisition and financing activities and oversees the property management and leasing of the commercial portfolio. As both an attorney and developer, his legal-minded approach and deep experience result in strategic and solid real estate decisions. Dante has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $2 billion in commercial real estate including over 4 million square feet of retail properties and multiple hotel properties. Prior to co-founding Elevation, he served as President and CEO of Gemini Real Estate Advisors (GREA), a $1 billion retail and hospitality investment and operating firm that he co-founded in 2003. Prior to co-founding GREA, he was President of Brookline Development Company, LLC and served as Director of Acquisitions for Glenwood Development Company. He also practiced law in New York where he represented developers and other businesses. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo Law School and is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states.
