An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for economic and community development ultimately led Danielle to commercial real estate. Leveraging a background in partnership development, change management, and strategic communications, She found the opportunity to pursue a true passion: applying design-based thinking to solve complex, community-wide challenges. This passion also guided Danielle to serve the City of Grand Rapids as the Designated Corridor Manager for the Southtown and Michigan Street Corridor Improvement Areas. Through supporting these local revitalization initiatives, particularly in Southeast Grand Rapids, [he/she/they] recognized the powerful connection between economic development and property development.
