Daniel Zunker

Daniel is the President of Development for Kairoi in charge of the development team and all development efforts across the country, including construction and asset management. He is also a founding partner of Kairoi. Daniel is a CPA and former Big Four audit manager. Prior to Kairoi, Daniel was a Development Partner at Embrey Partners. During his 15 years of real estate development experience, Daniel has developed more than $2.0 billion in multifamily from high-rise towers to garden-style communities in many markets throughout the country. Daniel graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Real Estate Center and is a member of ULI. When not grinding on development projects, Daniel spends time with his family coaching youth baseball, going to the lake, playing golf and tennis, hunting, fishing, and skiing.
