He has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with extensive experience in leasing food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces. Notable transactions include the lease of 2260 Washington Avenue, a former deli that was successfully repositioned for a medical equipment supply company. Prior to joining Meridian, Daniel was an Associate at QV Management, where he oversaw properties throughout New York City and worked closely with both landlords and tenants.
