Daniel Witte

Dan Witte is the Chief Investment Officer of the Structured Investments practice within LaSalle Global Solutions and oversees a series of co-investment and joint venture vehicles. He has a broad history of investment experience, including structured equity, development and operating joint ventures, distressed debt, recapitalizations, senior and junior loans and public securities. Dan’s career in Real Estate began in 1992 when he joined LaSalle in the Acquisitions group. He has served as Head of Strategic Investments at LaSalle, and founded LaSalle’s co-investment business, overseeing a series of co-investment and joint venture vehicles. Between 1999 to 2009, Dan’s role included sourcing, negotiating and managing several real estate joint ventures with public REITS, operating partners and developers on behalf of several institutional investors.
