Specifically, Mr. Walser oversees deal specific debt placement, equity syndication, partnership structure, and acquisition execution. His roll includes executing strategic portfolio initiatives to acquire, reposition, develop, and create value in each investment asset. Daniel has facilitated over $115mm in acquisitions, equity and debt syndications, refinancing, dispositions, leases, and 1031 exchanges. Prior to joining APG Capital, Daniel grew the mid-Atlantic portfolio at Square One Bank, structuring venture capital debt and specialty financial solutions to facilitate growth to early stage technology companies.
