As Vice President of Brokerage Services, Dan has been with Friedman Real Estate for the past thirty-one years. Dan advises his clients across every facet of the real estate cycle, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, expansion, renewal, relocation, and restructuring. Dan has brokered transactions for several different clients across varying fields, including, but not limited to healthcare, automotive, information technology, legal and accounting. Dan’s primary areas of focus include Metro Detroit, Michigan, and Ohio. Strong client relationships are of paramount importance to Dan – he values persistence, a strong work ethic, integrity, and fairness. Dan attended Michigan State University and is a graduate of Wayne State University’s Business School, where he majored in marketing research and management. He enjoys skiing, racket sports, cycling, traveling, and exploring northern Michigan.
