Daniel is a Vice President on Transwestern’s Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services team. He combines medical agency and tenant rep experience with extensive local market knowledge to build client relationships, perform market and industry analysis and create strategic marketing plans to drive value for healthcare real estate owners and users. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Before joining Transwestern, Daniel spent seven years on SK Commercial Realty’s agency leasing team, primarily focused on office, medical office and life sciences sectors. Notable projects include The Commons at Lake Hearn, Circle 75 Office Park, Parkside Terrace and Northridge 400. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION Daniel is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He volunteers at Andee’s Army, the USO, and Buckhead Baseball. EDUCATION Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama.
