Daniel Shieh serves as Vice President at Lyon Stahl, specializing in advisory consulting and the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties in the greater Los Angeles area, with an emphasis in the South Bay. Daniel advises using his comprehensive local market knowledge, unrelenting work ethic, and understanding of his clients’ motivations to guide them toward their investment goals through commercial real estate. Other services he provides include asset review, financial analysis, and investment strategy development. Prior to his current role at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, Daniel led the South Bay multifamily division at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He began his career in commercial real estate as an advisor at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors (a Berkshire Hathaway company). His ability to create and maintain long term relationships with his clients while understanding local market trends helped quickly propel his career in commercial real estate. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Daniel worked as a litigation consultant for over 10 years with many of the largest firms in the country on high profile civil cases. He thrived in high stress environments and excelled in his ability to effectively analyze data and present it in a persuasive format in his clients’ favor.
