Daniel Segal

Danny Segal has worked in commercial real estate for more than 20 years, including from 1998 to 2012 with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and as an independent broker until 2017. During his 15 years with NGKF, he was instrumental in bringing about100% occupancy in several buildings compromising millions of square feet of space. Now focused mostly on tenant representation, Mr. Segal uses his depth of knowledge of the issues underlying landlord’s positions to leverage better negotiations for his clients. Mr. Segal understands the complex requirements of institutional and entrepreneurial clientele and he develops comprehensive, individualized strategies to suit their needs. Mr. Segal graduated cum laude from The State University of Oneonta where he earned his B.A. in Economics and also earned cum laude honors from New York City’s School of Opticianry for his post graduate studies. Mr. Segal is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. In addition, he served as a Board Member for the Epilepsy Institute and was a member of the Board of Directors at Metropolis Country Club in White Plains, New York.
